Hear ye, hear ye. The club has a new registration form, and everyone needs to fill one in — not just juniors joining this season, but every member already coming along on a Saturday.
Graham will have paper copies at the library from Saturday 5 September. You can also download one and bring it with you, filled in.
The new form is how the club records what may and may not appear on this website. It asks two separate questions: whether a photograph of your child may be published here, and whether your child may be named alongside it. They are independent — you can agree to one and not the other, and you can leave either blank.
Where a question has not been answered, the club treats the answer as no. That is the reason every member needs to complete one: without a form back, nothing goes on the website at all. The safeguarding policy sets out how the club handles the answers, and the privacy notice covers the information this website holds.
There are two ways, and neither of them needs doing in advance:
We meet at Ferndown Library every Saturday, 10am–12 noon, and the club is open to 6–16 year-olds.
Please give your completed form to Graham when you arrive. There is nothing to submit on this website — completed forms come back on paper, and Graham keeps them himself.
