Achieving 19 on a very hot and sunny Bank Holiday Saturday is an excellent outcome for the club, reflecting both strong effort and impressive dedication from everyone involved in such challenging weather conditions.
One new visitor arrived today, named Vzzaer, who after playing just a few games clearly demonstrated that he possesses a sharp and impressive chess brain. His quick understanding of the strategies and tactics showed that he has great potential in the game.
My sincere thanks extend to Jonathan Catchpole, John Heath, and Samuel Gorsuch for their incredibly valuable assistance and support provided throughout today. Their help has been greatly appreciated and made a significant difference.

There were some great wins today for Jack, Michael, Michal, Vzzaer, Rowan, Zayd, Eden, and Lewis, each showcasing impressive skill and determination throughout their games.
A very tough draw for Rowan as he goes up against the formidable Oscar.
Zayd continues to maintain strong pressure with an impressive total of 21 points, consistently pushing ahead in the competition. His closest rival at this stage is Michael, who is striving to close the gap and challenge Zayd’s leading position.
In the intermediate category, Lewis and Miles are currently tied with 16 points each, while Eden remains close behind.
