This weeks quiz is the SAME for all members, you’ll need three coloured pens –
Print out the sheet, put your name on it and when you’ve filled in your answers either email it or hand it in to me next Saturday. Closing date will be Saturday 5th July.
Just follow the instructions below.
Example
White to move, the Rook can take the Bishop for FREE as it is unprotected, so GREEN arrow.
If the Rook takes the pawn, RED arrow because the King can take back the Rook, winning a Rook for a pawn.
If Rook takes Rook, black can recapture with the other Rook, so it’s an equal swap, BLUE arrow.

ONE Ladder point for every correct answer, so a possible TWELVE points to be won!
Think carefully about each diagram, some have multiple captures, set each one up on a board if it’s easier as this could make a big difference with your position on the Ladder Board.
