I can see that a few members are progressing well enough to be called ‘intermediates’ as opposed to ‘beginners’, the midweek quiz was aimed primarily at beginners and could now be too easy for those ‘intermediate’ members. So from next week [week commencing 9th June] I will have two different sets of midweek quiz, one for beginners and one slightly harder for the intermediates.
Who will be in which group?
To identify who the intermediates are each week, will be determined by Ladder positions. Those highlighted in the RED Zone, will be asked to only answer the intermediate quiz, should they wish to. A new coloured Ladder image will be shown after each Saturday posting, indicating who is in which quiz group.
For example:-
In this example the top five* are highlighted in the RED Zone and would only be allowed to answer the harder quiz questions. The rest for the beginner quiz. The points values will be the same for each section, if you climb into, or drop out of the red zone, then you answer a different set of questions.
*I will change this number depending on assessment of individuals.
The whole idea behind this is to try and push certain members on to the next higher level.
